at a hotel or home of a relative or family friend,

laptop computer, PDA or cellular phone.
Of course, some employees may not own a home computer

Those personnel can call their Department Manager
or Human Resources Department, so they can share
any Company Announcements or Employee Messages,
and use the on-line Status Board to quickly update
the employee’s status:
